New In - Soap and Glory face routine

Hi guys,
I have struggeled with the title of this post .
I have been running out of my foundation and turned back to the wake me up foundation by maybelline , I must admit it is not the best for me. My skin recently is playing games with me and is just not good for me whatsoever , so I was on a hunt for a new foundation to try out.
I went to boots and my main goal was to pick up the KICK ASS concealer by Soap and Glory.
The name just sold it to me the very fist time I have seen it. It has 3 step little parts including the setting powder. While getting that I thought I might as well get a foundation from the. So the Show good face 2 in 1 skin energizing foundation and primer. How handy! And I got it in the shade "the fairest of them all" which is the lighter you can get, hah.
Boots had an offer 3 for 2 so I thought I should take advantage , I couldn't really find anything as I am not really after eye shadows or lipstick  so I ended up picking  a trick and treatment under eye dark circle concealer.
So now your gonna see shots of my first experience with soap and glory make up.
I have quite a few quite bad blemishes on my forehead and chin area I also have a super dry skin so I tired avoiding putting loads of product on.
(Foundation " The fairiest of them all")
(My face after one quite thin layer of foundation)
(time for the under eye treatment :D!)
(and concealer)
And we are done!
I used the setting powder  all over my face and I love it!
I love the finish look . I probably could do with more coverage but as I said I do not want to put load of product so yeah. I can see myself loving those products! They are perfect shades for my pale skin and look is so flawless and matte.

Did you ever use those products?

ps. Excuse my roots but I am waiting to do them just before goinf on holiday :)

January favorites!

At last!
Hello girls!
Since we started new year I promised myself to be organised and got myself a diary. I am writing everything in it! from blogging , college to a shopping list :)
It helps!
One of my "to do" in my reminder is posting a every month favorites and stick to it!
January months favorites include body and hair care , I always have been and am obsessed with getting my skin and hair to the perfect state and thanks to these products it works wonders!

1.Let's start with this wonder scrub! Gorgeous by Gok body polish with Almond Oil
I use it 2-3 times a week in a shower. The smell , the feeling on the skin is just amazing! I always have been using scrubs , but never found one like that. It makes my skin feel so flawless when putting on and after I wash it off and the smell is just divine! I will definitely be buying this again.

2.Gorgeous by Gok body lotion with Rose Oil.
Another perfect buy from Goks collection. It is a perfect body lotion , all I can say it smells gorgeous , it makes my skin feel super soft and it drys quick and I do hate the ones that take ages for skin to absorb.

3. Okey , so I picked up this shampoo because it was a good deal and I have know VO5 brand from their awesome hot oil. I did not expect it to be sooo good.. This VO5 gloss me smoothly shampoo for frizzy hair is the perfect find for my poor dry hair. It gets out all the nasty things out of my hair and I see a massive improvement on frizziness of my hair.

4. I always get rid of all the make up before go to sleep , and clean my face. This little buddy sits on my bed side table and I use him every night and day if I do not plan putting make up on. Clear Skin pretty perfect Facial Roll-on is definitely something that helped my skin get rid of nasty pimples and dries out the ones that would appear.

5.I have tested so many high branded hair conditioners and if they did not work wonder they even gave me dandruff :(  I must admitted I kind of given up and instead of spending money on a new conditioner to test out I looked through our " stock up drawers" and found this beauty. Schwarzkopf GLISS hair repair Liquid silk gloss conditioner is one of the hair products my boyfriend bought and never opened. I gave it a try and oh my goodness , I did not expect Schwarzkopf to do such wonders! Every times I use it my hair feel like silk . I do not struggle anymore with knots and nasty looking hair , in fact I do not even have to style it anymore as my hair has a natural silky curly look to them that I have never seen before. WIN!

I  highly recommend those products.

What are your faves of January?

Organic SURGE moisturiser

Hello!
As I probably mentioned before I have a really , really and I mean really dry skin, so good moisturiser is a big thing for me. I always carry it with me, since I have quite a few.
I am not too picky but I will share my honest opinion with you.
The one I will be reviewing today is Super-intensive daily moisturiser called Organic SURGE.
I got it in TKmaxx for £3.99 and apparently their other shop price is £7.99
As the name says it is organic , not tested on animals which is always good to hear.
It is special for dry skin and contains organic rose geranium essential oil.
The smell?
Not something you could think "I want to eat it" , no , no.
But then again is any of organic stuff smells really good? it is never as good as more artificial stuff.
Anyways. Everytime I put it on my face it feels like a plastic mask, the whole process of it sinking into my face feel like it creates another layer of skin ,which I must admit feels a bit weird.
It does the job though , does moisturise quite good , but I realised recently that really dry part of my face like my forehead or nose need a good few layers of this cream which is not really handy in the mornings when you rush to work , college or whatever.
:)
Overall I would give this one a 6/10 points and it is worth a try , remember its organic so so much better for  the skin :)

Did yu try this?
What is your favourite moisturiser?

Boots traditional skin care moisturiser

Hello :)
So today another moisturiser review.

So....
Tradicional Skin Care
Skin Cream
Rich and Moisturising
by BOOTS.

Just a few pounds for a big cream. And let me tell ya , it is moisturising !
The smell , I would compare it to the Nivea creams.
The big plus is that you do not need too much to spread on your whole face, a one little finger scoop will do.
The minus which could be a plus is that it does take a while to sing into your skin.
So I would definitely recommend to apply it before going to bed and give it time over night to soak into the skin.
I did try to apply make up on top of it after 15 minutes but foundation just ran down my face and I had an extra glow , not a nice glow , I looked greasy :(
I am still going to keep using it since when applied in evening by few hours or in the morning my skin feels nice and moisturised.
So my points? rate?
6,5/10

anyone know a miracle moisturiser for people with super super dry skin?

do you find products of boots or superdrug own range good or always stick to high end?

HITS and MISS - TRESEMME

TRESEMME
Who doesn't know that brand ?
It is advertised in so many places and magazines , so straight away I would think it is good.
I started using their shampoo and hairspray and thought commercials do not lie.
Well here we are few months later and  I am very disappointed.

Both of those product ( I tried few of the shampoos not just this deep cleansing one and also few stronger and lighter hairsprays and think all of that worked the same bad way) gave me such a itchy and dry scalp.
I was sure it is, because my hair is for some strange reason starting to get bad and unhealthy again. My boyfriend kept telling me that if I think it is the hairspray it is my fault becouse apparently I would put the tube too close to my head and not few inches away as said to do.
I was wondering maybe its because recently I have been craving junk food.
One day I decided maybe I should stop using this hairspray and.......... it helped!
RELIVED............till..
The whole nightmare came along once again as I started using their shampoo but with more "bad benefits" my scalp was not just itchy and full of dandruff but hair straight after getting dry after a shower were already super greasy.  HOW THE HELL?!
Again I did not realize it might be Tresemme shampoo but finally after few more days of horrible hair I thought to give a shot of using a diffrent brand that lies next to my bath.
It stopped , my hair started to feel better again and mainly no dry itchy scalp!

I will never never use those products again ! I am so dissapointed and I feel like I want to say that coz of that experience I will never use any of tresemme products but I do use their conditioner for colour treated hair and it works wonders!

What is your experience with tresemme products?

Bomb cosmetic -Fruit Fountain Bath Blaster - review

Hello dolls,
Today I will share m thoughts about the bath blaster made by bomb cosmetics.
Well , I had loads of pictures taken of it and the way it looks in water and all that but I am not able to transfer them into the post now so all I can do is just share a picture from their website of this fruit bomb.
So here it is what their website says about it :

Sweet gourmande notes of ripe raspberry, luscious bluberry and summer red berries blend with a delicate green leaf note all developing to undertones of inviting, creamy vanilla and soft caramel.

Description

Lucious dark chocolate swirls, real raspberries and a fragrance to tempt the most reluctant bather into the bath! Sink into a fruity heavenly state and let the Kukui nut oil
soothe your skin whilst the pure Bergamot helps strengthen and prepare you for life.

Directions for Use

Drop your Bomb Cosmetics Bath Blaster in to a bath of warm water and watch as it fizzes, releasing its perfume and essential oils, while the Bicarbonate of Soda softens the water. Rinse bath well after use.

Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Rubus Ideaus (Raspberry) Fruit, Parfum (Fragrance), Sucrose, Aqua (Water), Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Extract, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrum (Butter), Aleurites Mollucana (Kukui) Nut Oil, Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Aroma (Flavour), Soya Lethicin, Benzyl Benzoate, Limonene, CI 14700 (Red 4), CI 17200 (Red 33)

     And now my review:

*First of all the bomb in real life has no rasberries on it!
*it does not color the water really much. My bath went a little bit pinkish with bits of chocolate floating around but that is about it
*it smells gorgeous! just like the lovely fruits and chocolate mixed together , if I could I would eat the bomb rather than bath in it :D
* It does feel really soft on the skin which gives nice and sleek feeling on skin afterwards

Yeah that was pretty quick but it is honest and all I can say about it.

I love the smell of it though! SOOO NICEEE!

hope you are all alright and I promise more intresting posts as soon as I get settled with boradband and of course the little baby girl we are waiting for :)

NEW JOHNSON'S® Skin Perfecting Oil

Hello dolls.
So today something that loads of girls struggle with , stretch marks.
I personally developed light stretchmarks all over my legs and hips good few years ago due to gaining weight and losing it all the time , ah puberty.
I never really paid that much attention to them since they are bearly noticeable , but since I got pregnant I thought it is a time to do something about it .
I was and still am using popular Palmers coca butter and stretch marks cream that some of you are familiar with , but as it says it only help to reduce the apperance of stretch marks.
As in pregnancy , I believe Palmers butters helped me reduce those nasty marks as I have not many and suprisinlgy not even on my bump!
They are red tho. When that start to happend I decided to look for a good skin perfecting oil and tadam that is when Johnosns realized their  NEW Skin Perfecting oil.
To get the best results and see difference in 4 weeks they say you need to use it twice daily.
I am probably not the only one who is not a big fun of creaming themselves.
I hate the feeling of sticky skin after body butters but I know it is worth the end result . After the oil the skin feels even more worse for me as in it is so slimy and sticky shall I say.
I have been using this product for about a week and sadly I have to admit not twice a day.
I do not expect so much difference since I do not use it how I am supposed to but I am trying my best and I have to tell you I just feel that it will work and take those nasty red marks of my body!
The product is in a spray bottle which makes it so easy and nice too use and you do not have to deal with issue of puring too much on your hand/body.
Did any of you used it ? Have any experience with maybe bio oil that is probably the most popular product to fight the stretch marks?
I would love to hear your opinion and personally I promise to blog you about my further experience with this product.
So far, happy and I will try use it as much as I can and keep my hopes up!

take care
